Wise Promise Houses are operated under a modified Oxford House Model and are available to men or women in recovery and/ or re-entry from jail or prison. Prospective residents are required to fill out application and it is best to plan for at least 90 days prior to release date. Each resident is expected to participate in the house rules, be employed, in school or in a program within 30 days. Each resident is subject to frequent random drug/testing . Each house has a daily site visit to assure cleanliness and that residents are properly maintaining the home. Each home is attended by our landscape/ lawn care company to maintain the yards. Each house is furnished. Some scholarships are available but ability to pay is part of the acceptance criteria as each individual in recovery is expected to re build their self sufficiency. Housing is not an entitlement and a $250.00 deposit is required upon acceptance to reserve a bed and first months rent ( which varies depending on location ) must be paid within 5 days of move in. Zero tolerance for alcohol or drug use. Our homes are in Utah County. Each house is in a clean, quiet neighborhood established for families, close to bus routes , schools and shopping. Each resident is expected to be a good neighbor by being quiet after 10 pm and being clean and respect the privilege of being in the home . Each home has 11 pages of house rules if you choose to dis-respect the house rules and other residents you could loose your space in the house. NO SMOKING in the homes.
Perfect for the indiviudal who is looking for aftercare fresh out of residential treatment .

Rents average $375.00 -$ 660.00 depending on the house and the size of bedroom. $250.00 deposit upon move in. All houses are furnished. Each new resident needs to bring their own bedding.
